Whatever the reason, you can choose to return any product purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund.

All purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items. Should you choose to return your M-Experiment product it should be unworn and returned in original condition with original packaging.

Follow these steps to submit a return:

1. Visit  m-experiment.happyreturns.com and complete our online return/exchange process.
2. Select your return or exchange method
3. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed and a refund is processed.
4. Allow up to ten business days for the credit to show on your account once the return is processed.
5. You may also be eligible for an instant credit to purchase a new item prior to receiving a refund!

For customers in U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), we are unable to provide free return shipping labels. The product will need to be sent back to us via a carrier that will provide insurance and tracking capabilities.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with the courier tracking details. We recommend tracking parcels on the courier's website and contacting them directly if you're experiencing delivery issues.

M-Experiment offers multiple shipping options. Note: shipments are occasionally delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but all our shipments are fully insured.

• Currently, we ship to addresses within the 50 united states and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico and Guam). We cannot ship to post office boxes or internationally.
• All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our standard service level. We estimate 14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer.
