Canceling an order

If you've changed your mind, we can absolutely cancel your order before your package has shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at support@m-experiment.com or give us a call at 1-888-696-9085. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to wait until your package arrives to you and then you can make a return for a refund or exchange.
