All orders will be processed up to 3 business days after purchasing and shipped via express shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email specifying the carrier and corresponding tracking number. 

All international orders will be shipped express via DHL. In order to track your shipment, please click on the link below and enter the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation email.

All purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items. Should you choose to return you’re M-Experiment product it should be returned in original condition with original packaging in new and salable condition. 

For customers internationally we do not offer free shipping on returns and duties, taxes, and fees will not be refunded by the company. It will be the customers responsibility to request a refund for this fee directly with their government.

• You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed and a refund is processed.
• Refund will be processed once the product has been delivered at our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 for transit and delivery.
